In addition, Hendrickson will be accountable for operational efficiencies, strengthen profitability and advance safety and quality initiatives.

Prior to joining AP, Hendrickson was most recently the area manager of North Dakota for PCL, and was responsible for the company’s performance across the state, according to his Linkedin profile.

“I’m honored to step into the role of COO at AP and play a key part in the company’s ongoing growth,” Hendrickson said in the news release. “I will lead with a focus on optimizing our overall operational performance, a key driver of AP’s continued success and our promise to deliver exceptional client service.”

Hendrickson was succeeded by David Grandstaff in his regional management role. Grandstaff, another 30-year veteran of the industry, will be responsible for driving regional growth, financial performance and team development, according to AP.
