Channing Tatum Is 'Having Fun' Getting to Know Inka Williams: Source

Channing Tatum is “having fun” getting to know model Inka Williams following his recent split from Zoë Kravitz.

“Channing is very interested in Inka, but is trying to take it easy,” a source exclusively shares in the newest issue of Us Weekly. “He doesn’t want a serious relationship right now. Channing likes her fun and spirited personality.”

Tatum, 44, and Williams, 25, recently sparked romance rumors after they were spotted together at a pre-Oscars party on February 28. The event was held by the talent agency CAA at The Living Room in celebration of the agency’s Oscar-nominated clients.

Kravitz, 36, was also in attendance at the pre-Oscars party. While a separate insider tells Us she and Tatum “didn’t interact” at the event, the first source emphasized that there is no bad blood between the exes.

Zoë Kravitz spoke about ex Channing Tatum for the first time since they ended their engagement. “Channing was the first person I thought of for Slater King, and I don’t know where that came from,” Kravitz, 36, explained during Variety’s Directors on Directors issue, published on Wednesday, December 18, referring to his character in Blink […]

“[Channing] expected to run into Zoë during Oscars weekend and was prepared to see her,” the source explains. “They didn’t end on bad terms, but it was a breakup, and both of them are moving on with their lives.”

News broke in October 2024 that Tatum and Kravitz called off their engagement after three years together. The pair began dating while filming Kravitz’s directorial debut, 2024’s Blink Twice, in 2021. The pair got engaged in October 2023, one year before their split.

“Wedding plans were looming, but neither of them were rushing to the altar,” a separate source exclusively told Us in October 2024, noting that the pair’s laid-back mindsets put “a lot of pressure on them” and made them “rethink” things.

“Ultimately once the [Blink Twice promotion] ended, they realized they were on different pages with what they wanted,” the insider continued. “It fizzled fast after their press tour wrapped.”

One month later, another source told Us that “travel and work were becoming an issue” for the duo. “They [had] been starting to drift apart and realized they didn’t want the same things,” the insider explained.

Just hours before Tatum and Kravitz’s breakup news went public, it was announced that the two are set to star together in the upcoming movie Alpha Gang, directed by David and Nathan Zellner. “They thrive while being on set together and will be able to get through it,” a source close to Tatum exclusively told Us in October 2024 of the pair working together again. “Both of them are very professional and there is no bad blood between them. Film is their passion, so it could bring them back together.”

Kravitz publicly stepped out sans her engagement ring for the first time while grabbing dinner with her pal Taylor Swift in New York City in November 2024. Just as Tatum has seemingly moved on with Williams, Kravitz sparked romance rumors of her own after she was spotted with Noah Centineo earlier this month. In photos obtained by TMZ on March 2, Kravitz was seen leaving a bar with Centineo, 28, in the early hours of the morning. (Us reached out to Kravitz’s rep for comment at the time.)

Despite the breakup, Kravitz has continued to sing Tatum’s praises for his performance in Blink Twice. In the film, which hit theaters in August 2024, Tatum plays a villainous billionaire who invites a group of women and his friends to his private island. Things take a dangerous turn after one of the guests, Frida (Naomi Ackie), uncovers the truth behind her friend Jess’ (Alia Shawkat) disappearance during the trip.

“I love this thing that we made together, and I care for him very much,” Kravitz said of her ex in an interview with Elle published last month. “Even when you bring up how great his performance is, it warms my heart to hear that, and I’m so happy that all of it happened. I just feel so grateful that we got to go on that journey together.”

She added, “For Chan specifically, it was about how exciting it would be to see him do something so different and so surprising, and something that I knew he was so capable of.”
