Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk are, once again, making coparenting look easy.
The former couple dressed up for Halloween on Thursday, October 31, and took their 7-year-old daughter, Lea De Seine, trick-or-treating in New York City. Cooper, 49, kept a low profile, dressed in a fuzzy animal costume, complete with a mask that covered his face. Shayk, 38, however, rocked her Lara Croft from Tomb Raider costume.
Their daughter, seemingly excited for the upcoming Wicked movie release, went as the Wicked Witch of the West (or Elphaba). Shayk shared a photo of the trio via Instagram on Thursday, covering her daughter’s face with an emoji but showing that Lea was painted completely green.
While Cooper and Shayk are not a couple anymore, both stars have gushed over each other’s coparenting skills. (Cooper and Shayk were together from 2015 to 2019 and welcomed their daughter in March 2017.)
“He’s the best father Lea and I could dream of,” Shayk told Elle during a November 2023 interview. “It always works, but it always works because we make it work.”
The model said that she and Cooper work hard to give their daughter a normal childhood, even though they’re both in the public eye.
“We both take Lea everywhere with us. She’s super easy,” Shayk said in the same interview. “Two days ago, I had to go to the gym, so I just got her a drawing book and said, ‘Mama’s working out.’ She was drawing for an hour. Then we went to the Michael Kors fitting. She met all the girls. Michael gave her a bag. She drew him a kitty cat.”
Following Cooper and Shayk’s 2019 split, a source told Us Weekly exclusively that the former duo had a coparenting plan.
“They both want to keep it civil for [her] sake,” the insider said at the time, referring to Lea. “They both work and have a nanny.”

The source added, “They’ll coordinate to make sure their daughter is always with one parent. When Lea has important events in her life, both Bradley and Irina will be there.”
That same insider explained that it was “was obvious their romantic relationship was over” before news of Cooper and Shayk’s split actually broke. (Cooper has since moved on with Gigi Hadid while Shayk was briefly linked to Tom Brady.)
“They’ve been coparenting and doing things the way they intended to continue after splitting up,” the source said.
